Dave Maccagnone

David Maccagnone, Chairman

David T. (Dave) Maccagnone, founder and chief executive officer of Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS), is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient with more than 40 years of experience in the institutional securities industry. Dave’s strategic leadership has shaped MBS into a firm that emphasizes personal service and client relationships while embracing technological innovations. Dave brings his leadership and support to the FinResults team as Chairman of the Board.

Michael Andrud

Michael Andrud, CEO

Michael has significant enterprise executive leadership experience and is well known as a strategic and disruptive innovator. He has held prior transformative senior executive positions in banking, insurance, and consulting. Michael excels at setting the overall strategy and roadmap and identifying the right talent and teams to implement strategy, all while providing strategic guidance and oversight to the organization. Michael founded FinResults, Inc. in 2020 and has led each capital round funding since. He has brought on talent with significant experience from firms such as IBM, E&Y, Goldman-Sachs, and Chase Bank. Michael has an MBA and a CPA certificate.

Vasa Krishnan

Vasa Krishnan, Chief Technology Officer

Vasa is a skilled and innovative executive leader in the fields of technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. With a proven track record of success, Vasa has led and delivered complex enterprise technology and transformation programs across various industries.

Vasa is highly respected in the financial services industry with extensive experience in senior leadership positions across top banking, investment bank, and insurance firms. He is known for his ability to foster a culture of innovation and deliver exceptional solutions, drawing on his deep and varied industry expertise and proven methodologies. Vasa has a talent for building and leading effective teams, as well as a keen business sense ad the ability to analyze complex situations. He is an invaluable resource for executive management seeking fresh perspectives on strategic objectives and cultivating partnerships across organizations. Vasa has managed large, cross-cultural teams of 200-300 members across business, IT, and operations with program budgets of up to $75MM over multiple years. 

Mary Grace Perrin

Mary Grace Perrin, Chief Communications Officer

Mary Grace's experience ranges from work in the fields of social work, higher education, and corporate training, to sales and marketing and customer relations. She has provided leadership in communications, with an emphasis on writing proposals, technical manuals, and service delivery policies and procedures. Mary Grace has also provided content and development support for website builds, instructional and promotional videos, marketing materials, and social media posts. 

Yousef Hashimi

Yousef Hashimi, nFiniti.AI President

Yousef is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience building innovative digital transformation solutions powered by big data, analytics, intelligent automation, and applied AI technology. Yousef has primarily served insurance and banking clients, but has also served clients in the HR/payroll services, automotive, real estate, public sector, and technology industries. Yousef joined the company to drive the commercialization of nFiniti.AI and is responsible for business development, product development, and client success.

Yousef earned his Master in Public Policy from Harvard and his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State. He is an Adjunct Instructor at The Heinz School of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.

Dana Chaves

Dana Chaves, Chief Strategic Business Development Officer

Dana has been building strategic banking, financial, and legislative relationships to further the cannabis industry's access to banking and financial services for more than eight years. Prior to joining nFiniti.AI, Dana served as SVP - Director of Specialty Banking at First Federal. Dana worked previously at Partner Colorado Credit Union (PCCU), AKA Safe Harbor Private Bank, providing some of the earliest access to banking services to the cannabis industry.

Dana enjoys advocating for causes that are meaningful to her, including her former role as Chairman on the NCIA Banking Access Committee and has co-authored a white paper directed to financial institutions and state regulatory agencies on banking the cannabis industry. Dana has also offered testimony to the House Small Business Committee in Washington, DC on banking and lending for the industry. Dana is a regular guest lecturer at Florida Gulf Coast University, teaching insight on Business of Banking Cannabis. Most recently, Dana has been selected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Cannabis Bankers Association.

Pete Ferrara

Pete Ferrara, Principal & Product Manager

Pete is accomplished in bringing positive disruption to numerous industries over his 30+ years of experience. He has had the opportunity to work on several trailblazing solutions that led the way to how business operates today. He has a penchant for process improvement and simplification, and his skills span most areas of business.

Pete is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Administration. He enjoys working with his hands and solving problems. He and his wife have remodeled several homes while raising their children. His entire family hold blackbelts in karate.
